Wadsworth Community Radio

Stacie WiseIn many instances, ‘customer service’ today tends to be an after-thought.  We normally presume it to be mediocre, so our expectations are fairly low.  Whether our transactions are done in-person, over the phone, or via ‘chat’, many of us probably feel like any encounter that doesn’t result in either verbal warfare or just plain rudeness is more than likely a good encounter.

Well, meet the antidote to mediocre customer service.

Stacie Wise, at Sonnets Espresso Bar and Restaurant on College Street, represents everything that customer service should be.  Decked out in a permanent smile and an infectious energy-level, Stacie is one of the first people you will meet when entering Wadsworth’s popular and trendy spot for delicious coffee, scrumptious food, and live entertainment.  She is friendly, gracious, and the perfect first-impression for this cool, eclectic hot-spot.

Ask any person who owns a business in downtown Wadsworth.  I’m quite sure you would be given the same answer when asked about the one thing they want a customer to say to him or herself when they leave a shop, restaurant, jewelry store, or car-care location: I want to come back.

Sure, you’ll head to Sonnets for the French roast coffee, The Poet, an after-work libation, or some tunes from a local singer-songwriter.  But we’ll bet you come back again and again because of the people who work there, like Stacie Wise.  ‘Customer service’ just got a much-needed shot in the arm.  (as well as a really, really great smile!)
