The Ohio High School Athletic Association has released its weekly High School Football Computer ratings.
In Division II, Region 6, the Wadsworth Grizzlies made a big jump following last Friday’s win over Stow. Wadsworth is now ranked third in Region 6. Last week, the Grizzlies were ranked in 7th.
That means if the playoffs would start today, the Grizzlies would have a home game in the first round.
The top eight teams in Region 6 are Avon, Highland, Wadsworth, Midview, Sylvania Northview, Amherst Steele and a tie for seventh between North Olmsted and North Royalton.
The Grizzlies are 5-0 on the season and will play the Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers Friday Night at Cuyahoga Falls High School.
