The Wadsworth Lady Grizzlies are Champions of the Suburban League’s National Conference.
Last night at North Royalton, the Lady Grizzlies defeated the Bears 3-1 (23-25, 25-18, 25-19, 26-24) to wrap up the Championship.
Wadsworth trailed 15-9 in the fourth game before rallying to win the match.
Wadsworth is now 11-0 in the Suburban League’s National Conference with three games left to play. The win over North Royalton was the 18th in a row for the Lady Grizzlies.
The Lady Grizzlies are ranked 9th in Division One in the latest Ohio High School Volleyball Coaches Association Poll, Wadsworth moved up one spot in this week’s poll.
