All Ohioans age 16 and older eligible for COVID-19 vaccine beginning March 29 – Wadsworth Community Radio

Governor Mike DeWine announced Tuesday another expansion in the number of adults eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. All Ohioans over the age of 40 will be eligible to get the vaccine beginning March 19.

Every person in Ohio, age 16 and older, will be able to get the vaccine beginning March 29.

DeWine said he decided to expand the eligibility limits after the Biden Administration assured him Ohio will see a significant increase in the amount of doses coming to the state.
