Wadsworth’s Brickyard property is one step closer to redevelopment. The city purchased the 205-acre site south of town last year, and officials say demolition and cleanup of the old brickyard facility could begin before the end of 2025. Plans include a passive park with trails and, eventually, a new athletic complex. The overall project cost is estimated around $14 million.
