Four northeast Ohio girls high school basketball teams are headed to the Final Four of the State Tournament this week.
In Div. I, the Wadsworth Grizzlies girls basketball will face Cincinnati Princeton in a state semifinal Thursday at UD Arena. Wadsworth enters the matchup with a strong 24–2 record.
In Div. III, two northeast Ohio teams will battle for a spot in the championship game. The Copley girls will take on Dayton Chaminade Julienne in a semifinal at the Nutter Center near Dayton.
The other Div. III semifinal features St. Vincent–St. Mary against Chillicothe Unioto.
In Div. II, Archbishop Hoban will face Olmsted Falls in the state semifinal Friday at 6 p.m. at Vandalia Butler High School.
State championship games will be played later this week at UD Arena in Dayton.
