Cruisin’ The Decades is a unique one-hour radio experience that travels through more than 100 years of recorded music history, featuring one song from every decade spanning the 1920s through the 2020s. Along the way, the show explores the evolution of music, radio, recording technology, and the stories that connect generations of listeners through sound.
Hosted by veteran broadcaster and music historian Brad Savage, the program blends entertainment, education, nostalgia, and music discovery into what Savage calls “an audio time machine.”
Produced at The Summit FM (WAPS-FM) in Akron, Cruisin’ The Decades is heard on more than 35 independent and community radio stations around the world, including stations in the United States, Canada, Germany, and New Zealand.
