iPhone, smartphoneIt’s official. New iPhones are on the way…as well as a bunch of other new gadgets. At an event in San Francisco yesterday, Apple took the wraps off the iPhone 6S and the slightly larger iPhone 6S Plus. The devices have a pressure sensitive screen that allows for what Apple calls “3D Touch.” The feature opens up more options for users who exert a little more pressure on the device when their finger’s over an icon or a picture.

But that’s not all, Apple’s big news is that its new iPad is…well, BIGGER. The tablet’s screen measures nearly 13-inches diagonally, which makes it bigger than any previous iOS device. That kind of screen space allows for a full-size on-screen keyboard. Apple executives claim the iPad Pro will outperform the majority of portable PCs.

Thing is? Apple didn’t exactly break any new ground. Not even with the new, $99 stylus – aka: the Pencil – which goes with the iPad Pro (starting at $799) they’re offering.
