Ground has officially been broken in Brook Park on the new Cleveland Browns stadium.
“We still have 3.5 years before we officially open, but I think everybody’s beginning to sense this is a reality. We are going to have a new domed stadium. I think this is going to be the best stadium in the NFL, which says a lot,” Browns owner Jimmy Haslam said.
The $3.5 billion indoor venue, set to become the new Huntington Bank Field, will seat more than 67,000 fans. It’s expected to open in 2029.
