In their final regular season game, the Wadsworth Lady Grizzlies defeated Solon Saturday night. Final score: 68-46.
The Lady Grizzlies end the regular season with a 21-1 record and remain the #1 team in Ohio!
Meanwhile, the Wadsworth bowling teams competed in the State Sectionals Saturday, where the boys’ season came to a close. Cuyahoga Falls took the third spot to advance, with Wadsworth finishing in 6th place.
But the Wadsworth girls’ bowling team took 1st place – becoming the Sectional Champs. They advance to the State Districts, which will be at Roseland Lanes on Feb. 21st.
