The Medina County Park District will open its newest public site, Liverpool Meadows Nature Preserve, on Saturday (Nov. 22).
The 104-acre preserve, on West Law Road in Valley City, offers visitors a retreat surrounded by restored prairie, wetlands, and mature forests.
The new preserve features a nine-tenths of a mile gravel loop trail, a 15-car parking lot, and a restroom building.
Dogs on a leash are permitted.
