This weekend is the free Balloon Classic, Food Fest and Fireworks as part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival. More than 60 hot air balloons, dozens of food and beverage vendors, musical entertainment, mobile tours, children’s activities, fireworks and more. It’s free family day at the Hartville Marketplace. Enjoy magic shows, face painting, balloon twisting, a surfing simulator, inflatable obstacle course, photo booth, family meal deals and more. It takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Details: http://bit.ly/1Myaq2Q.

The Home Depot Kids Workshop project this month is a wooden Chalkboard Door Hanger. It’s free every other Saturday at 9 a.m.

There are several Farmers Markets  in Medina County this weekend:

– Medina – Saturday, Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Medina’s Square, 5 Public Square.
– Seville – Saturday, Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. – noon at Maria Stanhope Park, E. Main Street.
– Brunswick – Sunday, Aug. 2 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Heritage Farm, 4613 Laurel Road.
