It’s time for one of the biggest events in Wadsworth: The Blue Tip Festival! The festival is located in Memorial Park, north of Art Wright Stadium. Admission and parking are both free.
Roughly 10,000 people are expected to line the nearly 2.5 mile parade route. Tom Morris, who organizes the parade, said there will be plenty of candy for all.
Wadsworth Community Radio’s staff will be in the parade, tossing candy and chatting with spectators.
Signs are posted all around downtown Wadsworth reminding parade-goers and others not to park in downtown after 4 p.m. on Tuesday because of the Blue Tip Parade. If your car is parked on the street in downtown after 4 p.m., it will be towed.

6 p.m. Parade kicks off the festival from Wadsworth High School and goes through downtown
