A longtime Akron dining staple is preparing to serve its final meals.
Spaghetti Warehouse announced this week that its Akron location will permanently close on May 17.
In a heartfelt social media post, the restaurant described the decision as “bittersweet,” saying the restaurant became more than just a place to eat over the years, it became part of family traditions, birthday dinners, celebrations, and everyday memories for many local families.
During its final week, the restaurant says it will offer a limited menu featuring many of its most popular guest favorites.
The final operating hours will be:
Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The announcement sparked a wave of reactions online, with many longtime customers sharing memories of dinners, dates, and family gatherings at the Akron restaurant.
