Wadsworth Football and Volleyball in Top 10 – Wadsworth Community Radio

Two Wadsworth High School Athletic teams have made into the Top 10 Statewide Polls.

The Associated Press has released its Ohio High School Football poll for the week. The Wadsworth Grizzlies are listed 6th in the Division II statewide poll. Wadsworth has a record of 4-0 and faces Stow-Munroe Falls on the road this week. Akron Archbishop Hoban is listed in first in the statewide poll. Massillon is third.

The Ohio High School Volleyball Coaches Association has released its weekly poll. The Wadsworth Lady Grizzlies are in 9th place in this week’s Division One poll. Wadsworth has a record of 12-1. Ursuline Academy is rated Number One in the Division One poll.
