Wadsworth Community Radio

A new project from Main Street Wadsworth is putting the heart of the community on paper, literally.

Main Street Wadsworth’s new community coloring book is out, featuring dozens of pages designed by local artists, including our own Tom Stugmyer, who created a page featuring Wadsworth Community Radio and his dog Augie.

Each page highlights scenes from around town, from familiar landmarks to the small details that give Wadsworth its charm. Organizers say the goal was simple: capture the spirit of the community, one page at a time.

The project first began in 2025, when Main Street Wadsworth’s Design Committee put out a call for artists. The response turned into a collection that reflects both the history and personality of the city.

A limited number of printed copies are now available at businesses throughout the historic downtown district, including shops, restaurants, and community organizations.

If you miss out on a physical copy, a digital version is also available online through the Main Street Wadsworth website.

Executive Director Megan Harvey says the project has been especially meaningful, bringing together artists’ perspectives of both past and present Wadsworth, all in a way that families can enjoy together.

And the effort isn’t stopping here, artists interested in being featured in future editions are encouraged to submit their work.
