Wadsworth City Schools has launched a brand-new bus tracking app. The district is now using BusRight, a more user-friendly platform with real-time GPS tracking and better route visibility.
Watch your email for setup instructions from BusRight. With BusRight, parents and guardians can see their child’s bus in real time, check estimated arrival times, and even receive alerts when the bus is approaching, whether that’s 5, 10, or 15 minutes away. The app also notifies families when students get on and off the bus, offering peace of mind during the school day.
For the district, BusRight streamlines operations with real-time route management, direct communication to families about delays or schedule changes, and tools to optimize routes for time and fuel efficiency. Drivers get turn-by-turn navigation, and administrators have access to a web portal for fleet oversight and performance analysis.
The BusRight app is free to download on Google Play and the App Store.
Parents, take note: the old StopFinder app is no longer in use and can be deleted.
