Wadsworth sending 6 to State Wrestling Tournament. – Wadsworth Community Radio

The Wadsworth Wrestling team will be well represented at the State Wrestling Championships to be held at Ohio State University’s Value City Arena in Columbus this coming weekend.

The Grizzlies will have 6 wrestlers in the state meet. They are Mason Brugh (106), Landon Hacker (120), Luke Baughman (138), Michael North (145), Dom Loparo (160) and Jon List (170). Bruch, Baughman, North and Loparo finished first in the recently completed North Canton Hoover Division One District Championship.

Wadsworth finished second out of 42 teams in the North Canton District. Only Brecksville-Broadview Heights finished ahead of Wadsworth at the District meet.
the State meet runs March 7th, 8th and 9th.
