State troopers in Medina County will be out in full force this weekend – and on St. Patrick’s Day – to insure the roads are safe by having check points.
Overall, drinking violations increase 12-percent on a Tuesday St. Patrick’s Day, while stats show Saturday sees a 33-percent jump.
Saturday is also traditionally the biggest day for DUIs and alcohol-related fatalities.
Make sure before you drink a 10th pint of green beer that you have a sober driver to get everyone safely home.
