You know spring is just around the corner when we start talking Daylight Saving Time. This weekend we will get an extra hour of daylight — hopefully sunshine from here on out — after work or school to enjoy the evening together as a family.
Daylight Saving Time officially begins Sunday, March 8 at 2 a.m. Your smart devices will automatically change to the correct time, but you may want to turn your manual clocks ahead before bed on Saturday.
Time changes are also a good time to test your smoke detectors and replace their batteries.
