We have an update on Norton mom Jackie Koncz! She’s officially back home in Ohio after her successful heart transplant earlier this year.

After months of recovery in Nashville, Jackie recently got the all-clear from her latest heart biopsy – and says she’s soaking up every moment with her family.

Jackie shared how grateful she is for the outpouring of support from friends, neighbors, and the community.

She continues to honor the donor whose gift gave her a second chance at life.
