The Wadsworth Planning Commission has delayed a vote on the proposed construction of a 45-unit, $10 million apartment complex located on Seville Road for low-income renters.
Wadsworth Planning Commission Chairman James Cummings moved that the vote be delayed until their next meeting on October 14th because two of the five Commission members were not in attendance at the Monday September 23rd meeting.
Plus, the Commission was presented with new information concerning traffic and crime near the proposed Seville Road location.
