Tuesday night July 30th at 6:29 pm is the date and time for auction of the Wadsworth High School student built home at 153 Pine Street, at the corner of Pine and South Lyman. There have been two open houses for the home in the last two weeks.
The home has three bedrooms, two baths, a brick patio built by Wadsworth High School masonry students, and is located next to a city park.
Those interested in purchasing the home must bring at least $8,000 for a down payment.
