Wadsworth Bowling Team scores a double – Wadsworth Community Radio

The Wadsworth Co-Ed Bowling team struck for two victories against Brecksville-Broadview Heights Tuesday night at Cloverleaf Lanes.

The Boys team defeated the Bees with a total pinfall of 2,417 to 2,026. Leading the way for the Grizzlies was Eric Auffenberg with a 463 series (278-185). Cooper Wrobel contributed a 452 series (226-226) and Chris Steele added a 434 series (179-255).

The Boys team has a record of 9-1 in the Suburban League and 11-2 overall.

The Wadsworth Girls team defeated the Lady Bees with a pinfall total of 1,954 to 1,832. Leading the way for the Lady Grizzlies was Natalina Spaugy with a 338 series (202-136) and Kayla Roush with a 311 series (144-167).

The next action for the Wadsworth Co-Ed Bowling team will be on Friday February First against Stow-Munroe Falls at the Stow-Kent Entertainment Center.
