Protesters gathered around Wadsworth’s gazebo for a third straight night Tuesday. Dozens of peaceful protesters held signs saying “Black Lives Matter” and “Good Cops Want Reform.” A Wadsworth police officer stopped by to give the group support. Wadsworth authorities have said they see “no reason to interfere” with the protesters, as long as they remain peaceful.

Across the U.S., people are protesting over the death of George Floyd, an unarmed black man, at the hands of Minneapolis police.

Day two of peaceful protests took place on the square in Wadsworth last night. Around 50 people gathered holding signs that read “Black Lives Matter.” Protesters across the country are demanding justice for George Floyd. Wadsworth police said there were no major problems. As long as protesters are being peaceful, the department sees “no reason to interfere.”
