orange barrelsWork continues along Simcox Avenue in Wadsworth to replace a water line between West Street and High Street except for the stretch of water line that goes over Orchard Creek.

The water line is in the north lane of Simcox. Crews have removed about 4-feet of the roadway so the line can be installed.

Once the work is done in the spring, Simcox will be resurfaced between West and High. The cost of the project is under $400,000, well below estimates. Traffic is being allowed on the southbound side of Simcox for local access. Construction equipment is being placed on the Northbound side of Simcox.
