The city of Wadsworth has unveiled its 2020 Street Improvement program. It is estimated that $952,000 will be spent this year to improve streets in Wadsworth.

Some $830,000 will be spent on asphalt resurfacing and repair. The remainder of the money will be spent on crack sealing, concrete slab replacement, concrete diamond grinding and contributions to an OPWC grant for a project that will take place on Seville Road.

Among the streets that will get asphalt resurfacing or repair include Sunset Boulevard, Bird Street, Pine Street, Santee Court, Stevenson Drive, Virginia/Garfield, Brouse Drive, North Lyman, South Lyman, Chestnut and Rainbow/Mill.
