The General Election is in the books and the votes have been tallied.
On the Statewide ballot, voters approved Issue 1, which creates a process for drawing legislative districts in a non-partisan way.
Voters also approved Issue 2 which prohibits creating monopolies or granting special rights via a constitutional amendment.
Ohio voters soundly defeated Issue 3 (by 900,000 votes), which would have legalized recreational and medical marijuana.
