The annual WCTV Clapper Awards were presented Thursday night to the producers of the best programming on WCTV during the past year in a variety of categories.
Some of the highlights include Cathy Hall, Terry Livers and Bob Parmelee winning the directors chair awards for outstanding achievement.
This year the Clapper’s celebrated their 25th anniversary.
