The second phase of work to relocate overhead utilities underground for the Southwest Parking Lot Improvement Program will begin on Tuesday November 12th weather permitting. The work will involve excavation nd installation of conduit within the parking lot. It is expected that the work will take two weeks to complete, weather permitting. Closure of the parking lot will be necessary for this work. Advanced ‘No Parking signs” will be posted.

Notices will be sent out over the next few months for future phases of construction that will include final surface restoration of the parking lot. City officials say they will try to minimize inconveniences as much as possible.
